Creative Director
Alana Barker-Tompson
Alana Tompson is an multi-award winning cinematographer and director based in Melbourne, Australia. She specialises in producing creative and thought provoking documentary and advertising content. Her first job was as a camera operator filming for Animal Planet's network television series, Whale Wars. She spent 100 days at sea documenting the high seas clashes between the Japanese Whaling Fleet and the conservation group, Sea Shepherd.
She founded her own production company, Said & Done in 2015. It offers an alternative to what the film industry has traditionally looked like being female-led and prioritising diverse crews and creatives. Working across corporate, documentary, fashion, lifestyle and advertising they deliver everything from live action, animation, editing and photography.

Editor
Sally Biasiutti
After studying Film and Television at Deakin University in Melbourne, Sally moved to the UK to launch her career in post-production, working for five years as in-house editor and head of post production at Hey Buddy TV in London. Since returning to Melbourne in 2012 she has worked for a number of high profile television production companies, specialising in long form TV documentaries and factual entertainment. Highlights include: Channel 4 UK’s 'Nelson Mandela Superstar', Blackfella Films' award winning 'Filthy, Rich and Homeless' for SBS, and Brown Cabs' 'Warburdar Bununu: Watershield' for NITV.
Recently, Sally has shifted her attention to short form storytelling, bringing a high level of quality, creativity and professionalism to all her edits. She has an exciting slate of multi-platformed projects with a number of arts, environmental and social change organisations.

Producer
Becka Mezztesta
Becka is a Melbourne based producer and director with over 10 years experience in the industry. She has completed a Bachelor of Media Studies and a Masters of International Development majoring in social change and deep ecology, both at LaTrobe University. Becka has directed and produced documentary and digital content for a range of clients including Oxfam Australia, Storyscape, The Victorian Aboriginal Health Service, Invest Victoria, Bupa, Ford Australia and China, Holden GM and more. She co-directed and produced ‘Mining The Truth’ an independent documentary that explores the social impacts of the expansion of the mining industry in Australia (awarded best film at the Environmental Film Festival in 2013)
As a freelance Producer Becka has worked for production companies around the world and for clients such as KPMG, Apple and Verizon. She has produced and camera operated on factual television series ‘Send in The Dogs’, with Quail TV and Nine Network and ‘Wag Nation’, Foxtel for Shine Australia. And recently supported on the feature documentary ‘The Magnitude Of All Things’ Cedar Island Films, with Canadian director Jennifer Abbott.

Animator
Cordelia Brown
Cordelia is a Melbourne based Animator and Motion Designer.
She completed her Master of Arts (Animation and Interactive Media) at RMIT.
Cordelia has been working in the industry for over 12 years and has worked with clients such as ABC News, NAB, MYOB, Victorian Government (Heritage Victoria, Dept of Transport, Worksafe Vic), RMIT and the Australian Tax Office.
Cordelia loves abstract shapes and patterns and creating visual tricks and eye dazzlement.
She enjoys seeing projects through from any stage, whether it's a kernel of an idea or a fully realised storyboard.

Steadicam Operator and Lighting Technician
Han Palmer
Based primarily in Melbourne and Brisbane, Australia, Han is an experienced and passionate steadicam operator, gaffer and cinematographer. On their days off you can find Han exploring the wild with their trusty kelpie dog, mountain bike and camera.
Some of Han’s most recent selected accomplishments include TVCs for Mazda Australia, Priceline and SES. Webseries: ‘Scattered’, ‘The Power of the Dream’ and ‘Girl Interpreted’ (all three funded by Screen Australia), SBS Short Film ‘AMAR’ and Comican’t (2nd at Tropfest), TV Shows ‘The Fires’, ‘Surviving Summer’, ‘Metro Sexual’ and ‘Rostered On S2’. As well as music videos for Something for Kate, Thelma Plum, Meg Mac, Courtney Barnett and Kimbra.
Han owns a range of equipment including a steadicam Steadyrig setup, crafted by one of the industries most experienced engineers, a wireless setup and sprinter lighting van package, inclusive of M40s, M18s, Dyno 650cs and much more.
